Coordination on Day of Wedding
YInitial meeting to discuss budget, guest list, themes, priorities and plans already made. I will follow this up with a proposal laying out a suggested budget breakdown, a timeline, and ideas for ways to make your wedding more unique. (The initial consultation is complimentary, work product will follow the first deposit)
YResearch and suggestion of appropriate venues and vendors and help with selection and negotiation of contracts. Attend meetings with prospective and selected vendors throughout the planning process.
YTwo weeks prior to the event, prepare itinerary and contact list and circulate to vendors and wedding party. Contact vendors to confirm details.
