Coordination on Day of Wedding
Y1-2 meetings, held towards the end of your planning, to be briefed on your itinerary, vendors, decor set-up, etc. and to receive copies of contracts with venues and vendors. This would optimally include the final sit-down with your venue manager and/ or caterer.
Yreviewal of all contracts, contact with vendors to confirm details, and preparation of a detailed itinerary and contact information sheet
Ycoordination of rehearsal
Ycoordination of all aspects of the event for up to 10 hours, including the ceremony, photographs and reception. Oversee all set up and decorating, ensure all products and services contracted with vendors are present and correct, and keep the event on schedule.
$850 inclusive (may be discounted if planning services are used as well)
